Great Britain Deaf Swimming is a registered swimming club and is affiliated to the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) South East Region.
We welcome all swimmers with hearing impairment from across the United Kingdom to join us.
We Annually hold The GB Deaf Swimming Championships. This is open to ALL British hearing impaired swimmers as long they are registered with the ASA / WASA or SASA.
Any hearing impaired competitor from out with the UK or British participant who is not a member is welcome to enter, but this means they must swim as guests.
The GB Deaf Championship is used as selection trials, allowing coaches to identify teams to represent Great Britain at International competitions.
GB Swimming does not run a swimming club directly but provide the opportunity for Deaf Swimmers to compete in Galas and International and Domestic Competitions.
